64 mil shares offmarket sale to non controlled entity, 20 mil of that at 18.5 cents.
Surious what entity that might be, somebody getting set.
CNS news, most likely, will be used to push price up for round 2 with the US development
partners.
On market accumulation slowed recently, so this development is very interesting.
