The trader has full use of the money until a tax assessment due date comes around. At worst this is quarterly, but could be 12 months, and could be much longer again for some coming out of the GFC. No offence but you are the one need the lesson in tax law.
What you have said there makes no sense.
Please tell me you don't do your own tax return based apon the tax advice of a 'bloke down at the pub' like so many of my cleints have previously done.
