If NEU had not released a progress report, might the ASX could enquire, why not earlier released.
Now with this quaterly, NEU came still easy off the hook without a request for sp. rise.
But insiders will know and bought larger 1mill. parcel and for some reason.
Time will come again and NEU is big on the agenda.
