Today's negative reaction seems to have more to do with the ongoing ACCC investigation into TLS's broadband dispute (ie: back when it lowered its broadband prices earlier this year). Front page of the AFR claims that ACCC have unearthed copies of internal Telstra emails supporting ACCC's claims. If so, this could be bad for Telstra. But, if bad, then why has it been leaked to the media? And if so, by whom? Telstra? Telstra staff? ACCC? ACCC staff?
