I too have been in this for 15 years plus. Be patient, don't sell yourself short...think of what 6 million can do for you. The metric of $1M per BCF in ground, whilst a bit light, should give you a sense of what the SP should be on LD alone. Add the rest of the stuff which has a higher CoS and the $6M wont look too outlandish.

This is a good JV partner to have...they're going to push this along at a great rate of knots. Would not surprise me to see a flow test scheduled fairly soon. They not only have gas needs for their operations, they said they will look to value add (nitrate and urea?)...and then theres the export opportunity. Was not aware of the t/o protection angle...that is comforting and helps explain things.
