The electric vehicles - assuming that batteries keep improving -are far superior to ICE vehicles, so most ICE powered vehicles are on the way out. NOTE: Oil is NOT on the way out. Actual Climate change is just the result of the climate returning to normal following the end of the ice ages. Nothing we do can change it.
