Yeah, I really don't know why you're "bothering to say this" either. Feels like you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed and are having a go. But sure bring it on.
I'd like to think a $1m stock & property portfolio with ~22% annual returns and 10% LVR over a 10-year horizon is a pretty good outcome for an individual investor, but seems I would have actually been better off just being completely in the S&P 500!
Not sure why I'm not allowed to think $500k in one stock is a very high amount. There are other people who think me having $50,000 in Macquarie is "insane" and that any pizza from Domino's above $10 is "a crazy high price" but we all have our comfort thresholds.
