If u look at the stats all that's happened is people moved from cities but still working for same companies but from home.. Again it is only in Australia that I have found a shortage of workers. In Europe there is a shit load still.

Its tthe shitty jlow paying jobs wh. ere u will find a shortage of workwrs in the world. High paying jobs still plenty of workers. Those are the ones LVT is after.
People

People prefer working from home is also a big factor. I don't know anyone under 50 who has retired from selling their over priced houses to live in country. Most realise their savings won't last 10 years in retirement so continue to work but from a nicer location. Remote working is also in favour of LVT
