It has nothing to do with what you say are shitty boring jobs it has to do with stress. Accounting is a difficult job especially in Big firms. It relied on uni graduates to eventually become partners with superior mathematics and legal knowledge. Accounting is only boring to people who want to pay more tax than they should.
Big firms like those that LVT wants to almost exclusively work with, are becoming less attractive because some people like the idea of finishing on time. In these big firms, you'll be here till midnight working on huge projects. LVT could be backing the wrong horse here, choosing to dismiss smaller firms that are ironically becoming more attractive than ever.
