logic has nothing to do with it.....investigations have to be done in the right way it’s the nature of our legal system and due process. But hey maybe we can throw people in jail and worry about the evidence later. wonder if ASX’s security over costs lists goes as well as the interlocutory hearing they just lost.....how would you have any idea what ISX will get in court for damages, you don’t even understand the idea of evidence.
