Many of us are in the red on KZR and certainly would not want to be diluted anymore. When we look at small cap speculating we try and find the companies with the least amount of risk, if a new investor is looking at KZR and see a $10m CR to drill a possible target because of a neurology play, may consider that quite risky to have their money tied up for 12 months to see out an initial drill program, that my go nowhere, I know I would.

But its nearology not neurology, unless they have a brain surgeon on the Board.
