"If in fact, Young and Peter have sold shares BEFORE 29 October 2009, the date of the Malaysia Project Update and AFTER lodging the 3Y forms on 2 October 2009, they are guilty of insider trading as surely they had knowledge of the status of the Malaysia contract on the day they sold their shares."

PS- We can assume that Young and Peter sold their shares BEFORE 29 October 2009 because the Top 20 Shareholders listed in the annual report are as at 26 October 2009.
