GOOD LUCK in house prices falling to "reasonable levels"...
In the mean time, the avg house is retuning $6,000 PER MONTH for the last 12 months...in regards to cap growth.
So you weigh it up, if you are paying rent at $1,200 a month.... Versus purchasng a home and it growing in value by $6,000 a month...
Even after expenses owning a home you are still in front, compared to renting
