100%. I have been following MCE for years. They have been hammered all the way from $10 per share to 15 cents. This is an outstanding business servicing the oil and gas industry. WPL is one of their clients. They are the victims of the declining investment into the industry and low POO. The tables are turning. They have already got some good contracts. I recon they will go up in multiples over the next 2-3 years.
