Gardie why do you want the decison delayed untill well into next year? l'd thought you want all those hundreds of millions of bucks or half of JAck Hills as soon as possible, You sound like you want MMX to settle rather then let the Judge hand down his decision. Has Paul saying his please how the case went for MMX got you rattled?
l think MMX has CHM beaten in court and CHM's only hope is the decsion takes so long MMX is pressured into settling ,but l really hope MMX does'nt l really want to see CHM destroyed. l don't want to be robbed of my victory after two years.
