Ursula Von Der Leyen, the head of the European Commission, appears to have given in to Emmanuel Macron as the EU prepares to include nuclear energy in its green taxonomy.
After Germany pushed hard for its inclusion, the EU Commission is expected to label nuclear energy and natural gas as “transition energy.”.......
The deadline has been pushed back to today, and she is expected to present the plan to an expert panel today, with the Commission moving to implement the plan by January 16.
