Have asked this question on another company thread but can someone explain can coal depleted of Gas from CSM mining then be used for UGC and then GTL??? I have read that UGC produces 20 times the energy of CSG so would not this mean there is plenty of energy leaft after CSG production??
Reason I ask is there seems to be an opinion out there that BG are for CSG but dead against UGC?? The QLD experience seems to be the GOVT is favouring CSG and banned UGC for two years!! Does not make sence to me if both processes can be applied to the same resource.. I must be missing something!!??!
