Small caps often get pumped and dumped. It's like you watched a few YouTube vids and think you're Buffet calling a stock that was up like 500% or more to go down. Don't think any of your input here has been insightful or specific to this stock at all. I do however agree this stock is bullishly valued on the basis their increasing TCV is pretty much all on the back of acquisitions, which looks incredible on a graph plotting revenue then ending with TCV, combined with the hype of people thinking VR1 will benefit from metaverse. They're yet to show they can actually grow any of these acquisitions, margins unknown, but well done to them raising at 20c and directors offloading some. 29c was ridiculous, won't be surprised to see another pump from the pros here and offload into retail.
Mindesk / FrameS are interesting though but I'm unaware of the revenue models there. Should be closer to $100mil MC IMO until there's more clarity around each business segment's revenue model and how they'll make money.
