This means you would like to ban every communication of every directors on every social media irrespective of if it complies with the rules and regulations of that medium or country.

You didn't put any conditions on which directors should not post,
You didn't put any conditions on what messages shouldn't be posted,
You didn't put any conditions on which exact social medium directors shouldn't post.

Therefore your post is unconditional for every directors for every messages and every social media.

And I don't agree with that.
