In regards the 15 cent options being granted. They have an expire date of 18 months from issue which puts us into a period where they believe they will be into spodumene production. I was a bit surprised at the option price being so low, basically they are almost already in the money. When the .02 options were given out they were 2.5x the SP of .008.
My question is what if anything can we determine from this?
We are @ 6x of the 2c options and 4x of the 3c options right now and we are still 7 months away from the first one expiring and 15 months from the 2nd expiring. If we saw the same sort of correlation, the new the SP at the expire date of the new options would be between 48c and 72c?? Maybe more.
What are your thoughts?
