The next steps are FAR more challenging,
MP sell their conc to China because (besides rounding errors) noone outside of China can convert the material into separated RE oxides.
Lynas can of course but I see no good reason why they would process material not from Mt Weld.
Supply of RE ore isn't the problem; processing it is.
Which is where Lynas has a HUGE 1st mover advantage.
