Great to see Prima getting on with the job and divesting non-core assets.
Would have however, preferred more detail on this deal???

Its true that fair value is very hard to say now, but Id like to add my thoughts...
- SP has been as high as 85c previously...and therefore IMO PRR should easily get to these levels and beyond, if they shouldnt already be there now!
- the calibre of people joining the PRR team is exceptional, and they simply would NOT be there if they thought this product had no potential
- funding has been secured with Springtree, and recently the funding deal has been altered in Primas favour. Dont forget, it was Springtree that got onboard with Dendreon in the very early days, so they know what they are doing!
- as dcheckers pointed out, Cvac has the potential to be used on quite a number of cancers, and this should not be underestimated IMO...the potential is MASSIVE!!!
- Prima still have more non-core assets do divest which could add $$$ to the coffers and prevent dilution.
- there are A LOT of long term holders/believers in Prima, which augers well for the SP going forward.

Let it also be said...there are quite a few people on this thread trying to talk Prima down, the very same people who most likely sold near the top and are looking to re-enter as cheap as possible. Such transperancy!!!

Many months ago I tipped 25c+ by Christmas, but since its already touched that, I will revise my position and say that after the SPP is done and dusted, the SP will rapidly move north and SHOULD reach 60c+ by Christmas.
