if you go back 12 months or so and have a look at past quarterlies CCC have said before that all the following mining tenements Witbank, Loksop and Project X were all scheduled for mining at various times in 2009 but all have failed to materialise.

I'm not saying these guys won't mine but a grain of salt needs to be taken with their time projections.

They do seem to have a habit of changing tack but forgetting to tell shareholders that there has been a change of direction.
