Interesting case......Breached fiduciary duty...Stole a WHOLE project (not a portion as in Chm's claim).....found in the plaintiffs favour...Yet....the award was equal to only 11 million shares or cash equivalent...ie only 5% of cap of defendant....Even if chm's claim was as wide as this one, (which it is'nt) and even if they got that lucky and got an equivalent win of 5%......5% of cap off mmx would be currently approx $25 mill.....and i think all along I have maintained that figure as a "top end" at worst case figure....(have a look at previous posts)...This judgement just strengthens the opinion,
