Yes Baggins.....Considering that in the case highlighted by Agent cooper...the plaintiffs won, in a claim against a whole stolen project and only got $65 million against a company with a market cap of approx 1.2 billion at the time of award....hope all our chm protagonists with wild dreams of "north of $100 million" finally understand that those dreams are completely ludicrous...........Wonder how the staunch chm supporters will feel towards Ben, when either a settlement or award of around 20 mill is accepted.....Will that be a "Success" like the $2 million equivalent recieved in the Koh and Evans 150 - 250 million claim!!!!gonna be a lot of egg on some faces...
