very few people are installing power walls for storage. Their cost is too high.
I agree. The ROI on home battery storage is not an economical proposition at this time.
I am looking forward to using my as yet unbought EV, to be charged from solar during daylight hours and then feed power back into the home during the times that solar is not generating energy. As my car is mostly sitting in the garage, it will be both transport and the home battery storage.
This system will have some impact on the life of the EV battery as there will likely be an increase in battery 'cycles', but I don't expect this to be a deal breaker for me.
