actually a more than reasonable point. any reasonable person view that it is market senitive.
as others suggesting, it would be more important if they are using our IP, think an agreement signed is needed for that.
still a BRN clarification should be had regardless..... as all the other ASX companies will respond to media articles, of the suspect
