I still can't wrap my head around that move (talk about "keeping your hand close to your chest"). Hopefully there is more to it. The we want to avoid the delay we saw last time" makes no sense.

But even if it is an error of judgment (I'd be so disappointed, JP is a lot smarter than this and his advisors can't possibly have done this), in the long run, it won't matter. Galan is a monster in the making. Don't let them shake your hand, don't panic and give them your shares at discount.
