What are holders reaction to the offer at $1.65 ?. I have seen this with other stocks . Today with the stock at $1.75 you think good deal . Then when the offer closes on 14th the SP retreats to under the issue price and you see your paper profit disappear and you are left with a block of shares which you would not have bought in the normal circumstances. The differential is only 10 cents at the moment but this could disappear in an instant.What do others think?
