I am not sure Rob “recommended” JW.

The fact that both directors quit the day before and they removed Robs performance bonuses tells a lot to me ... that someone had the numbers and FEX were already on notice, they had JW ready to take the seat and forced the director loan plan .... the rest is history, Rob has to play the game, write the welcoming letter and go along with it.

I think this buying surge will be to bolster their voting numbers .... l don’t expect too much news from FEX, unfortunately my assessment of the situation hasn’t changed. It’s highly unusual that shareholders in a company performing very well would vote off 2 directors unless there’s other motives.
