progress of legal action .

I have had a reply from Ian Kramer in response to an e-mail I sent re the progress of the legal action involving our Mt. Mulligan tenement.
I thought his reply both time-wise and content very good and in part he says:-
"I am, of course, fully aware of the issues around delay in releasing information on the Mt Mulligan claim and probable impacts on our share price
However, as you would appreciate, I cannot release anything further per legal advice but can reassure you that the situation is being progressed and announcement will be made accordingly answering your questions in the not too distant future.

I just cannot provide a time line or release anything further right now"
This will have to do for now so their is nothing to be gained in harassing him further.
It is quite possible I suppose reading between the lines a settlement might just be negotiated in order to avoid costly legal fees by both parties.
I am sure he realizes the value in putting the issue behind him so he can concentrate on growing the company.
