bit confused on this trial (as i am not invested that long)
can this trial be considered pivotal? I don't see the point of a phase III trial if all the patients of this trial have a complete response (or close to....) and have no serious side effects.
wouldn't this be logically going into commercialization towards mid/end of this year?
isn't there something like breakthrough designation/status in Australia?
this sort of positive data would typically lead to BTD in the US/EU with expedited commercialization since there is also nothing comparable out on the market.
