There are now plenty of news articles around that start to talk more and more about the large car companies needing to vertically intergrade. LTR will have countless options to sell or lock in offtakes for their spod. This will be done at prices that reflect the current price set and has some mechanism to reflect further prices rises or falls. So how can we benefit now from this heat and short fall in the market. If I was Tony, I would be saying to these guys if you want control over our spod, or atleast a large part of it, and secure this for your own batteries, You partner us in setting up a conversion plant at the same time as we build the mine. This would mean the car company (or similar) would invest the bulk $ in the plant but has the right to get the product and at the lower prices. This way we are quicker to the market and BUL can be fed into this at a later stage too. I am convinced that some of these conversations are taking place now because if it is a straight off take scenario, it would take 10 min to sign 20 up. AIMO
