Needle "More than happy to own Myer at average $3.84 today"...why?
The points being made above is not about whether it a dud, mediocre, good, great, or fantastic stock to own.
The point is any long or short term trader should of been able to see there were to be no stag profits upon float and the risk / return profile buying during the float was ridiculously negative as the market was providing big bright red market top signals.
Not to mention the rule of don't touch anything offloaded by a PE firm.
Good buying was always going to take place sometime after listing. This discount sale was well telegraphed.
