Exactly right Tamz, it is very unlikely AA suddnely woke up that monday morning and decided to step down from Chairman and launch a takeover bid. Everything points to the fact this has been many months in the making. Many months whilst he was acting as our Chairmain, he was in fact acting in his own best interests.
If that isnt a conflict of interest and a breach of the Corporations Act then fk me, I give up!
