Hi Silvermarc - Happy new year. I'm still scratching head over Adam's "Q1 start" and hire of a Gold Non Exec director.
I'd love to hear your views on the non commital start date for the to be MD (q1 is pretty broad!) and why MAG now has decided to go with a dedicated Gold director? Couldn't Adam do the job? Does the board know we have gold enough to warrant hiring a Director for it?
