Ann: Trading Halt , page-10

The ann says it relates to an update on earnings but perhaps given it was Cup day they were not all working. They may have just thought it best to halt trading, there might be a board meeting tomorrow and get the guidance prepared. No real reasons to expect a downgrade but def some slight chance in construction industry. Perhaps the guidance will be so large that they wanted to halt as it will blow the market away. hence prefer to announce off market rather than surprise standing sellers who get gobbled up at 1.65 etc. Time will tell...
