Yeah I saw all those people buying $500 worth of stock but this is a rights issue one for every five shares. So these people would be entitled to very few shares. You can apply for extra but will only get it if people don't take up their entitlement or sell right. Because of the steep discount for the new share and ability to sell rights, I think there will be very few extra share available.
