Serious question......why would Hum consider selling the BNPL business to Latitude at all?

Because they are paying more than its worth? Well, we all know that isn't true. Because the business can grow faster and bigger because of what Latitude can do for them? I don't think Latitude can add materially more value than Hum can add growing organically, particularly if it just the same old team including RJ just relocated to LFS. So why is it even being contemplated? I say its because the current Board and Management (possibly hampered as well by the big, influential, ex chairman large shareholder) have been unable to convince the market of their intrinsic value.

So my plan would be to replace the entire Board with some heavy hitters with proper credentials and who are respected by the market.
