Riv, voting should be on 4 Apr 22, and I think you will find that the amalgamation will be a foregone conclusion. I think that between Euroz and the WAM suite of funds, together with those that want the increased SP that this offer has provided to WIC, that the “mutual agreement “ will go ahead without too much opposition.
