Hi @Rhino1963, thanks for your input. A general question for you - in your experience, do explorers-turned-producers commonly succeed with the same management teams? Or is there usually a change at top levels of management as a precondition to real success as a producer?
My (inexpert) impression is that successfully managing a $50m explorer is a quite different proposition to successfully managing a $500m producer - both in terms of operational management and also investor relations. Any views about that/past experiences do draw on? Thanks in advance.
