An interesting way to look at it.
I don't see any opportunity that was handed to them, on a platter or otherwise. They have taken a notoriously difficult area of product development and put together a world class product in a remarkably short time. That happened through hard work and graft - not luck.
If you have disagreements with some of the decisions that have been made, fair enough, but the idea that they have been handed anything on a plate is just BS.
