The inadequacy of contingency planning to track and provide resources to support the expected increase of infections is stupefying. The quoted "40% incidental" discovery of infection in the UK adds some perspective.

Dont need to track infections.

Need easy cheaper test and stay home if you are infectious. Get on with life.

The emphasis remains on vaccines when it should have switched over to rapid antigen testing two months ago.
