Another SPP has been on the cards for a while. I think we all new this was coming. SDL were going to run out of cash before they secured financing especially with the GFC.

I'm taking this as a positive. Another $15m investment now could add $500m to the company (or more) if they get the results they are after. Good results could significantly change the game towards SDL favour.

This is another opportunity for long term holders to add to their position at a discounted rate.

Be interesting to see if Talbot coughs up more cash.
