Yep. A 100+ year old mine shaft is not the place to be.
There are a stack of them around here, mates tell me of a lot of old mine shafts they have stumbled into in the paddocks, some shallow, some sizeable.
Plenty of dangers in there - a few riches too
Not too many riches overnight on the U.S. market by the looks, buying opportunities? Maybe later in the year with a major correction?
