Nope throught the pandemic world wide the messaging and rules have not been consistent - even the states here have very different messaging and positions so hardly a fed problem. As for the rest well we need to get away from doing so much testing as at this stage of the pandemic it becomes rather useless for the majority of cases. As for healthcare workers - what have the states been doing to prepare for this? They have had 2 years to prepare for a situation they were expecting to happen 2 years ago!
