Or you could just see it for what it is, management had no idea the share price was going to take off, they were offered an opportunity to raise capital, which they did. Then continued to run the business exactly how they intended before the share price was pumped. The investment into IDSB provides quite a lot to the overall business. You're just choosing not to see it or give it time to play out.
