Wouldn't exactly say Yahua got these cheap. If you look at the price prior to when the Yahua announcement came out (when Yahua were negotiating with EVR) it was hovering around 4.5c to low 5s. Given the size of the investment and the weight that Yahua brings, personally I don't think they got a discount. One of the reasons why I've bought in.
