just imagine for a second you have 70k cases of covid19 a day with 93% of the population double whacked and you consider a non vaxxed person with a negative RAT or a person with the "wrong" vaxx and a negative RAT a risk to the health of the Australian people.
Do they even explain their thought process behind these decisions? If so can anyone enlighten me?
