not it’s not solely the board, but their actions or inactions, have only added to the situation.
I agree with you, that sacking the board would do little and that it wasn’t entirely on them, but the reality is, leadership and experience counts for everything on listed companies
Afterpay and zip
two very similar companies which were run very differently.
both have very different outcomes
if you think zips leadership hasn’t been the largest factor, then you’re only fooling yourself
